RideWise is always on the lookout for experienced local riders who would like to put something back into cycling by becoming instructors.

Adult Cycling Instructors

Applicants should be safe, responsible riders who are confident in heavy traffic and have a pleasant, unflustered approach to passing on skills and information. 

Preferably they should also hold a current driving license and have some experience of formal or informal teaching. Since many clients prefer same-sex instructors, we are particularly looking for women cyclists.

All applicants should be over 21 years old.

Training up to the national standard is approx £550, instructors receive the national average payment per assessment or lesson given.
