Ridewise is a Nottingham based not-for-profit community enterprise. We are committed to providing practical solutions that make cycling an enjoyable and safe form of everyday transport. We work closely with the local health sector, Universities, City, County and other Councils, Transport, Sport and Leisure teams, community organisations, disability organisations youth groups and primary schools. We aim to:

Our instructors have been professionally trained and are fully insured. We are here to impart skills, knowledge and assistance. We cover everything from the bike itself to route planning. However, most of all we aim to nurture rider confidence. This is achieved by developing observational and assessment skills
Our training adheres to national standards recognised by the Department for Health.

Our team
Our friendly team of experienced and professional trainers has extensive knowledge of cycling in and around Nottingham - both in suburban and urban areas and are pefectly placed to get you started on your cycling journey. See some of our testimonials from satisfied cyclists here.
The Big Wheel
We also work closely with The Big Wheel, who promote getting around Greater Nottingham using the sustainable network of trams, trains, buses, walking and of course - cycling! Ridewise is working with The Big Wheel to help build cycling communities and to support workplaces and schools to get on their bikes.
