About Rural Rides
Notts' Rural Rides programme is coordinated by RideWise Ltd, a not-for-profit social enterprise whose purpose is to provise accredited training to the public to enable people 'to cycle more safely more often'.
We also run Group Ride Leader course when we have sufficient demand as well as regular DIY Cycle Maintenance classes.
See www.ridewise.org.uk for more details or to book onto a training course.
We rely on the help and contributions of many volunteers and the cycling organisations they represent namely:-
- Pedals - Nottingham based cycle campaigns group www.pedals.org.uk
- CTC [Cyclists' Touring and Campaigning Club] - Nottinghamshire Branch www.nottsctc.org.uk
- Notts Outdoor & YHA Group www.noyhag.info
- CTC's Easyriders Group
