Led Walks

If cycling isn't your thing and you prefer a scenic walk instead, then come along to one of our led walks. Walking is often over looked as an exercise, but walking can provide many benefits physically as well as mentally. A walk leader will plan the route for you, so all you need to do is turn up on the day. Don't forget to wear suitable clothing, sturdy shoes, bring waterproofs just in case and some water.
