RideWise started in 2001 working within Nottingham communities. We have taught over 20,000 people how to ride a bike. We aim to inspire and enable people to use multimodal transport to improve their health as well as reduce our environmental impact.

We run sessions called Cycling for All, for all ages and abilities to get everyone onto their bikes and having fun. There is a small cost for this session of £2 per person or £5 for a family.

Our Cycling for All sessions in 2020 take place the first Sunday of each month, on 3rd May, 7th June, 5th July, 2nd August & 6th September, from 10am to 1pm at Harvey Hadden Sports Village.

We have a range of adapted bikes that are available to try out on the day. We have low step through bikes, tandems, semi-recumbents, trikes and  handcycles.

We aim to make cycling accessible to everyone without any barriers getting in the way. If you would like to know a little more about this or talk to us about your needs, please just give us a call as we can tailor a package that's right for you.
