RideWise Raleigh Bike Raffle- Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Entrants must be UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of RideWise (Sustainable Travel Collective).

  2. The cost of one raffle ticket is £1, or 7 tickets for £5. No refunds are available after the purchase of the tickets.

  3. Your details will only be used for the purpose of the draw and will be held securely in line with the Sustainable Travel Collective’s GDPR policy.

  4. The first prize is a red Raleigh Classic de luxe, the bike has previously been used for display purposes. It has a 20” step through frame with 700c wheels. The second and third prizes are an hour of one to one cycling instruction with a RideWise instructor- the session must be within the Nottingham city area. The fourth and fifth prizes are a junior pink helmet and pad set. There are no alternative prizes available.  Items are not eligible for refunds or returns. 

  5. All use of the prizes after they have been presented to the winners is at the winner’s own risk. Likewise, all maintenance thereafter is the winner’s responsibility.

  6. The prizes will be drawn by an online random number generator.

  7. The prize may change at any time, although a reasonable substitute will always be offered.

  8. The prizes will be drawn at 12noon on Monday 10th February 2020.

  9. All entries to be received by 11:30am on Monday 10th February 2020. Any entries made after this will not be counted but may still be charged. 

  10. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered. 

  11. Winners of the prize draw will be contacted by Friday 14th February. If the winners do not respond after 3 contact attempts a new winner will be drawn until the prizes are claimed.

  12. The winner will be responsible for collection of the prize.

  13. If under 100 tickets have been sold by the draw date, the draw date may be extended.

  14. The winners consent to the use of their image, name and/or photograph in publicity carried out by RideWise without further compensation.

  15. These terms and conditions are not exhaustible, and other terms may apply.
